About Me

Esther Lehmann-Sow

My great passion is to walk alongside talented women and men and create a growth-accelerating environment through coaching.

I am an accredited Organizational, Executive and Team Coach with countless formal and informal coaching hours throughout my extensive leadership career. I’ve coached individuals, groups and teams from diverse backgrounds and leadership levels, and supported leadership growth in both French and English at different stages of my clients’ career.

I’ve spent almost half of my life in Africa, working with World Vision International, and have gained hands-on, on-site expertise in developing its human capital, directly with colleagues in the international humanitarian sector, but also in engaging externally with partners, peers and local leaders.

I do everything with the goal of empowering others to make a difference and with a deep confidence in people’s potential.

Female leadership development

I am particularly proud of my contribution to the successful career of multiple colleagues, both women and men, who became CEOs or took up other senior leadership roles across Africa.

I’ve held multiple Director roles in the West- and Central Africa Region and was part of the International Board of Directors of World Vision International, which is one of the world’s leading child focused, Christian humanitarian relief and development organisations.

I am a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), a recognised expert on faith within personal holism, faith-based programming, inter-faith engagement and the moblisation of faith actors to realise the Sustainable Development Goals.

I would love to partner with you as we share the passion to unleash the potential of women and men in the world’s emerging demographics.
