While you can engage with coaching to achieve work related goals, it is most transformative if you allow it to also serve your personal and/or spiritual growth.

Executive coaching can vary in length, frequency and duration depending on what you hope to achieve. Most often sessions last 60 minutes, happen twice a month over a period of 3-6 months and are done virtually. If you have specific needs, please contact me and we can discuss how to meet them.

A single coaching session is ideal if you need to work through a specific challenge you are currently dealing with.

Three coaching sessions allow you to work towards a specific short term goal, excercise accountablity and experience personal growth.

Six coaching sessions are ideal for broader themes, like going through / preparing for a transition or learning new mindsets and behaviors.
